Our Synthetic Processing Department enables us to carry out speciality processing of blended technical fibres.

Our expertise combines traditional textile skills with high tech computer controlled scouring in loose stock form, to provide an end product containing very specific end properties. Services offered include blending, carding and secondary scouring, to provide a technically advanced finished fibre suitable for a variety of end uses.

This department demonstrates our understanding of, and capability to deal with synthetic fibres which require a high degree of control and segregation from our core business of colouration.
